Planning

The information gathered will be developed into a design proposal. This will involve some building and/or land surveying of your property. We will discuss in depth the statutory consents required and if a pre-planning meeting is appropriate. We will also explore and consider construction material options, connection of spaces where appropriate, scale and aesthetics of the proposal. A cost estimate will be made at this time and an indication of the build timescale.


Once the design has been finalised, a planning application will be submitted to the Local Authority. The application will be monitored during its time with the Planning Authority. If other applications are required such as fire safety certificate, we can also prepare and submit the necessary documentation.
